From digital signatures (DocuSign) to coordinating key hand-offs, you never need to drive up just to sign a piece of paper.

I filter inquiries and vet potential buyers before they enter your home, ensuring only qualified purchasers take up your time

Inspectors & Contractors: 
If a pre-home inspection is needed, I’ll recommend trusted local inspectors and contractors and help coordinate quick evaluations and repairs, so any issues can be addressed before hitting the market—helping you get top dollar and avoid delays from unexpected repairs.

Lawyers & Solicitors:
I ensure all instructions, waivers, and amendments are sent to your legal team instantly to prevent closing delays.

Tenants & Neighbours: 
If the property is tenanted, I handle the sensitive scheduling of showings to ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
