The Tree Streets is one of Collingwood's oldest neighbourhoods with a rich 140-year history. Named after tree types, here you'll find everything from wartime bungalows and family homes, to grand estates, character homes, and even some mixed-use properties that blend residential and business.

The mature trees, heritage charm, and proximity to downtown make it perfect for families, professionals, and investors alike. Come explore this large neighbourhood and even consider making it your new home.
