No. While the townhomes do not come with private docks, the community is adjacent to the municipal harbour and the Collingwood Yacht Club, offering potential slip access for boaters.

Is there direct water access for residents?

Yes. Unlike some "water view" condos that are blocked by fences, The Shipyards is integrated with the public waterfront promenade. The mid-rise buildings (like the Cunningham) often feature a dedicated Kayak/Canoe room that allows you to store your gear and walk it directly to the water's edge for launching, without needing to drive to a marina.

Is there a pool or gym in the complex?

What is the apartment building called at The Shipyards?

That building in called the Sidelaunch Building - a 3-storey waterfront residence. From the 3rd floor, you can see the ski hills of Osler and Blue Mountain on the West. The sun rises there on the East side of the building.
