Cranberry is the kind of area where you can find a $350,000 starter condo and a $1.5 million waterfront townhome near the same golf course. That range is what makes it one of the most active resale markets in Collingwood.

Buyers who take the time to understand the sub-communities and what each one actually offers tend to find better value here than almost anywhere else in town.
